How to make Thai Glass Noodle & Pork Mince Salad!


DRESSING:


method - Cooking Time: 10 mins


Step 1: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and add the garlic and lemongrass for 30 seconds before adding the pork mince, salt, white pepper and soy sauce. Break up the pork mince and get it nice and brown


Step 2: Soak the vermicelli in boiling water for 3 minutes, then rinse in cold water and drain


Step 3: Combine all the dressing ingredients together 


Step 4: Mix the pork mince, noodles, herbs, cucumber, spring onions, red onions and the dressing


Step 5: Serve between your bowls
